List user organizations

Retrieve all organizations where the authenticated user has membership.

Organization Membership Data:

• Organization basic information (ID, name, description)
• User’s role within each organization (Owner, Manager, Collector, Viewer)
• Membership status and join date
• Access permissions and capabilities per organization
• Current active organization indicator
