List user organizations

Retrieve all organizations where the authenticated user has membership.

Organization Membership Data:

Organization basic information (ID, name, description)
User’s role within each organization (Owner, Manager, Collector, Viewer)
Membership status and join date
Access permissions and capabilities per organization
Current active organization indicator
