"form-abc123") - `formMetadataKey` + `formMetadataValue`: Metadata ile arama (örn. "erpFormId" = "form123") **Opsiyonel Tesis Filtreleri**: - `siteId`: Belirli tesis kimliği - `siteMetadataKey` + `siteMetadataValue`: Tesis metadata eşleşmesi - `year`: Belirli yıl Formlar dahili ID'ler veya harici sistemlere ait metadata ile tanımlanabilir; böylece entegrasyon kolaylaşır. **Yanıt notları**: - Her gönderimde `values` listesi bulunur; her kayıt (elementId, periodUnit) çifti içerir. - Hücrede birden çok satır varsa (ör. TIMESTAMP öğeleri veya ACTIVITY çıktı değerleri), `value` bir diziye dönüşür.
