# Form-tesis ilişkisi oluştur

> Bir formu belirli bir tesisle ilişkilendirerek o tesiste veri toplanmasını sağlar.

**Amaç**:
- Seçilen tesislerin belirli formlarla veri toplayabilmesini sağlamak
- Çok kiracılı veri toplama altyapısını kurmak
- Organizasyon genelinde veri görünürlüğünü ve erişim yollarını yönetmek
- Hiyerarşik tesis yapılarında miras alınan form erişimini desteklemek

**Çok kiracılı etki**:
Form-tesis ilişkileri, platformun çok kiracılı mimarisinin temelidir ve şu konuları belirler:
- Kullanıcıların tesis atamalarına göre hangi formlara erişebileceği
- Gönderim ve raporlama verilerinin izolasyon sınırları
- Hiyerarşik yapılarda izinlerin nasıl devralındığı

Bu ilişkiler genellikle form yayına alma sürecinde veya organizasyon yapısı yeniden düzenlenirken oluşturulur.
