ISO 8601 değeri beklenir - Yıl doğrulaması yapılır, dönem bilgisi UTC ayından türetilir - Aynı zaman damgası gönderildiğinde değer güncellenir; `value` boş gönderilirse `replace` modunda ilgili kayıt silinir, `merge` modunda yok sayılır İçe aktarma modları: - `merge`: Dosyada bulunan değerleri günceller, dosyada olmayan değerleri değiştirmez - `replace`: Dosyada bulunan değerleri günceller, içe aktarılan form/tesis/yıl kapsamında dosyada olmayan değerleri temizler Çok formlu içe aktarma: - Dosyada `formName` sütunu varsa, satırlar forma göre yönlendirilir;
