`formSiteId`: Form-tesis kombinasyonunun kimliği - `password`: Form parola korumalıysa zorunlu - `values`: Form öğelerine ait değerlerin listesi - `submitterInfo`: Gönderen kişi/kurum bilgileri (opsiyonel) **Öğe başına değer yapısı**: - `elementId`: Form öğesi kimliği - `value`: Öğe tipine uygun veri değeri - `periodUnit`: Zaman serisi verileri için dönem (ay, çeyrek vb.) - `docs`: Destekleyici dosya ekleri (opsiyonel) **Doğrulamalar**: -
