# Form oluştur

> Bir veya birden fazla yeni formu kapsamlı ayarlarla oluşturur (site manager yetkisi gerektirir).

**Gerekli parametreler**:
- `name`: Organizasyon içinde benzersiz form adı
- `description`: Formun amacı
- `elements`: Form öğelerinin yapılandırılmış listesi
- `siteIds`: Formun dağıtılacağı tesislerin listesi

**Desteklenen öğe tipleri** (11 adet): metin, sayı, tarih, açılır menü, onay kutusu, radyo, dosya, HTML, bölüm, hesaplanan alan, lookup

**Gelişmiş özellikler**:
- Koşullu görünürlük ve iş kuralları
- Aylık/çeyreklik/yıllık dönem bazlı veri toplama
- Özel doğrulama kuralları ve hata mesajları
- Dosya yükleme gereksinimleri
- Genel erişim ve parola yapılandırması
