# Aktivite ekle

> Yeni bir aktivite oluşturur ve hesaplamayı otomatik çalıştırır:

**Gerekli Parametreler**:
- `formId`: Aktivitenin bağlı olduğu form
- `key`: Aktivite tanımı anahtarı
- `siteId`: Aktivitenin gerçekleştiği tesis
- `year`: Aktivite yılı
- `periodUnit`: Zaman dönemi (ör. 1 = Ocak, 4 = 4. çeyrek)
- `input`: Hesaplama için gereken giriş verileri (anahtar-değer çifti)

Sistem, girilen verileri aktivite tanımının hesaplama mantığıyla işler ve sonuçları kaydeder.
